Translation Ledger is a read-only Shopify app. It audits the translation status of your store's products, collections and pages across the languages you have configured, and shows which fields are translated, missing, or outdated. It never creates, edits, or deletes any content in your store.
The app requests only two Shopify Admin API scopes: read_translations and read_locales. These scopes let the app read your shop's configured languages and the translation status of your products, collections and pages. The app does not request access to customers, orders, or any personal data, and cannot write to your store.
We store only what's required to keep your app session authenticated: your shop domain, an access token, and the granted scopes. This is deleted automatically when you uninstall the app. We do not store the content of your products, collections, or pages — every audit is generated live, on demand, and not persisted.
We do not sell or share any data with third parties. The only infrastructure involved is Shopify's own Admin API and the hosting provider running this app.
Since this app never accesses customer data, there is no customer data to request or delete. If you have any question about your data, or want your shop's session data removed immediately, contact us below.
